Extreme Productivity, the way I would like to present it is - enhancement of productivity of a development team to such an extent that it outperforms itself many times over. This is not an increment of 5% or 10%, it is 10x or 20x improvement.
But how do we do this? I don't have a instant formula, but I have discovered hundreds of resources available in the form of books, material on the internet and trainings, which can be applied to achieve amazing results.
I will present my discoveries and understanding through my blog, but I will request all readers to share their insights which will dramatically (>100x) improve our collective knowledge and skills.

Bangalore 2004: I got an opportunity to apply many of the thories I had learnt and I focussed mainly on people management aspects. I found great resources (books and material on the Internet) which gave me deeper insights into the subject. My fascination with the subject continues ...
